Motivational Session: My Story

St. Mary’s College (Autonomous), Thrissur, Department of Psychology, in collaboration with the Institution Innovation Council, organized a motivational session titled “My Story”. The session was conducted by Ms. Jasmine Rasheed, D-DAD Coordinator and Founder of “Healnest” Counselling and Child Rehabilitation Centre, Thrissur. This inspiring talk aimed to motivate and empower students to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
